Meet Casandra Higuera, she has a Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine. Her post graduate training includes the fields of physiology, epigenetics, energy healing, HeartMath™ brain/heart coherence, mind-body medicine, nutrition, therapeutic coaching, Pilates & Yoga. As a teacher, author, lecturer, and corporate consultant, she combines science with ancient modalities to help others overcome challenges, live painfree, achieve optimal health and fall in love with renewed vitality.
